\n\tLogin “End Customer” using a software product key.[?]<\/strong><\/font><\/span>Where can you find the product key?<\/span>The product key is a unique 16-character string that is required to activate the program. It always starts with the letters SP, EA, EL, ER, ET, EE, or EM. The product key can be viewed after logging into the system in the About<\/u> window, License<\/u> section \u2013 Tools<\/u> tab. The product key should also be on the purchase invoice. If it has not been delivered, please contact the seller.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n\tAccording to the license conditions, free access to updates is available for 12 months from the date of the first activation of the software!
\n\tIt is possible to place orders for the next 12-month support periods by authorized license maintainers (information about the maintainer on the portal)!
\n\t<\/b><\/p>\n\t

\nAll Basic 3.0, Standard 3.0 customers, regardless of the date of the first activation, have access to the final version of the software 3.3.20.
\nThese versions are no longer developed further and are not subject to additional support periods.\n<\/b><\/p>\n

\nAll Basic 4.0, Standard 4.0, Optimum, Professional, Enterprise customers, regardless of the date of the first activation, have access to software version 4.3.33.
\nAccess to version 4.5.x depends on the date of the first activation.
\nVersion 4.3.33 is the last version which run on a 32-bit operating system!
\nFor version 4.5.x, the installer also performs the update (no split into installer and updater as in versions 4.1.x, 4.2.x, 4.3.x).\nUpgrading from version 4.1.x, 4.2.x, 4.3.x to version 4.5.x requires a new full installation and configuration, and then uploading the database backup.\n<\/b><\/p>\n
