Dispenser controller KDP100 MINI

Acts as a management unit. It enables the authorization of vehicles/recipients and collects information about completed liquid withdrawal operations. It supports COD100, COD110 and COD200 electronic identifiers. It communicates with the user via one LCD display and an alphanumeric keyboard. It has a built-in extension module to support one distribution point.

KDP100 MINI controllers are available in the following versions:

  • KDP100B – Basic 4.0
  • KDP100BG – Basic 4.0 with a built-in GSM modem

Since 2019, it has been possible to easily migrate the controller to higher Standard, Optimum, Professional or Enterprise versions. However, due to hardware limitations, the controller will not have full functionality of these versions. Restrictions:

  • no temperature sensor input for temperature compensation;
  • no possibility of adding the built-in SKP-I module (measuring the real amount and inter-shell detection);
  • no possibility to add a GSM modem (the change involves the replacement of the entire motherboard).

Dispenser controller KDP100

Acts as a management unit. It enables the authorization of vehicles/recipients and collects information about completed liquid withdrawal operations. It supports COD100, COD110 and COD200 electronic identifiers. It communicates with the user via two displays (LCD+LED) and an alphanumeric keyboard. It has a built-in extension module to support one distribution point.

The KDP100 controller software depends on the system version:

  • KDP100S – Standard 4.0
  • KDP100P – Optimum
  • KDP100P – Professional
  • KDP100E – Enterprise

Controllers with a built-in GSM modem for data transmission are marked with the letter G – e.g. KDP100PG.

In the Optimum, Professional and Enterprise versions, the KDP100 controllers can have a built-in module for measuring the actual amount of liquid and inter-shell tank detection (SKP-I). This version is marked with an additional letter F – e.g. KDP100PGF.

Since 2019, it has been possible to easily migrate the controller to higher versions of the system, achieving the full functionality of these versions.

Portable identifier programmer – RFD100

Connected to a computer via USB programmer for electronic identifiers (COD100, COD110, COD200). It is also used to transfer configuration using the COD200 identifier and to log into the program.

CAN cable communication module – MIK200

A module used for cable CAN data transmission between a PC application and ARCCAN devices. The device can be connected via USB to any computer in the local network and redirected to the address of the computer with the PC ARCCAN SMDP program installed. mik

Desktop modem – GSM200

Connected to a computer with the PC ARCCAN SMDP program installed via USB. It is used to establish a GSM connection (in CSD technology) between the program and KDP100BG or KDP100SG controllers – only BASIC 3.0 and STANDARD 3.0 versions. gsm

LAN cable communication module – NETBOX

Connected directly to a LAN. It serves to establish the connection between the PC program and ARCCAN devices in Basic 4.0, Standard 4.0, Optimum, Professional or Enterprise versions.
The NETBOX module can also be connected to an Access Point operating as a client of a WLAN local network. Then the communication takes place in the Wi-Fi mode.

Electronic system identifiers

Authorized identifiers for the authorization of recipients, vehicles, and operators defined in the system.
  • COD100 – a contactless card for the identification of recipients/vehicles,
  • COD110 – a chip for the identification of recipients/vehicles,
  • COD200 – an operator chip with built-in memory, used to transfer data in the SMDP Basic and Standard versions.

Measuring controller – SKP100/SKP110

It serves as a control unit. It collects measurements from a connected probe in the tank and determines the actual amount of liquid. Thanks to the additional CKP module, it can also monitor the inter-shell space of the tank, informing about possible leakage.
It is available as a standalone version or as an extension of KDP100 controllers in Optimum, Professional and Enterprise versions.

Detection controller – CKP100

It is a simple battery-powered device for local control of the inter-shell space of the tank. Detection is performed after pressing the TEST button, and its result is shown by an LED. ckp1001
